I'm in a similar place to where you were that Christmas, Tom. It's very scary - especially as I've tried all the diets and exercise regimes going and usually last a couple of weeks.

Hello Hazel, my first reaction is don't panic! You can do this. It took a long time for me to work out in detail why I failed on dozens of diets and fitness bursts. Planning is a big part of it. Finding the time to purchase and prepare the right food. That's real food not processed food. It takes a little longer to prepare and cook. And I removed all temptation from cupboards because I didn't want to sabotage my plan. Anyway, I wish you well and hope you find future chapters of use. Please keep in touch.

Thank you. I do eat well - healthily - just too much at each sitting... But I'll start on this journey and keep in touch.

Thanks Judy. Lose weight 4 Life is more of a blueprint than Downsizing. I explore what it's like to have a setback and how you can reset. I had a very bad few months last year for various reasons and my motivation slumped. It's really hard to regain focus and routines when you've lost them but there are things you can do to get back on track. Anyway, I hope you like it when it's published. Best wishes.
