I am loving the episodic delivery of your book. I look forward to each email in my Inbox and the format helps me absorb and reflect on the information and experiences in each newsletter in a deeper way than if I read it all in one go. So glad Twitter alerted me to your Substack presence. I’ve been an Australian fan ever since you took on the Murdochs.
Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts. I would be interested in a further chapter of your book Downsize. I too am an addict for sugar and I keep getting up and down cravings for it and I am fat with type 2 diabetes.I hope I get more tips in how top reverse my diabetes as i know how important it is. Thanks again Steven Jones (steve2jones@blueyonder.co.uk)
Thank you Tom I will invest in the book

Glad you like it Marie. I’m very excited about substack serialisation. I think it’s perfect for new serialised fiction too.
Thanks for your newsletter Tom and I hope your book will inspire me to lose weight and do more exercise
Thanks Steven, I really hope you find it helpful.

There a very good book by Dr Jen Unwin on bearing food addictions. It’s called Fork in the Road. You may find it of use.
Thank you for sharing. Need to get a grip on my boredom/procrastination eating habits , that will help me with my T2 .
That’s an issue for many. Good luck!
