A Q & A sounds like a great idea. Perhaps you could do it in a similar way to a book club e.g. we all read the first 3 or 4 chapters then ask any questions about them. Then again for the next 3 or 4 chapters etc.

Brilliant post - behind the scenes of Westminster (are actually normal people doing normal stuff most of time!?) - enjoying the book

Inspired by the first book and now half-way through the second. Congratulations. Beautifully produced and well written. Apologies if that sounds so patronising! Like you I've done a deep dive into the literature about weight gain, crap non-food filling our supermarkets and the impact it all has on our health. In print, I think you slightly pull your punches ref the food industry. Ditto the Eatwell advice and the rubbish people talk about a 'balanced diet'. I've been having a so-called 'balanced diet' for 50 years and got fat. Some of this stuff makes me feel so cross. Thanks to Book One and the dietdoctor.com rabbit hole I'm now a totally reformed eater and over three stone lighter. Vivo Watson, Chatterjee, Malhorta, Spector, Maggs, Noakes, Taubes, Eenfeldt, Mosley et al. This subject needs to become seriously political... Hope Glastonbury was a blast.

The zoom launch was brilliant. More Q and A’s be v welcome. If you were able to bring LW4L in audio it’d be great. You are so kind and funny and honest it’s rewarding to listen to you. Even skinny peeps would enjoy but I’m not one of those. I’ve cooked a few of meals from the book and waiting for my Renpho’s tomorrow. I hope you had a great Glastonbury by time you see this 😀

Hi Tom. Have a great time at Glasto. Really enjoying the book. I forgot to ask you at the launch, what fasting you followed, and which interval you found most effective? Also what fruit, if any, is allowed on Keto? And how much water do you drink daily?
